About Nathalie
Nathalie knows burnout firsthand. Like many high-achieving professionals, she poured herself into her work, dedicated to helping others—but in the process, she pushed past her own limits. Her personal journey of bouncing back from burnout to resilience ignited a passion to empower others to thrive—because true resilience isn’t just about enduring stress but developing the skills to sustain energy, clarity, and well-being.
With over 15 years of experience spanning clinical practice, psychological research, employee well-being programs, and workplace wellness training, Nathalie is a trusted expert in workplace resilience. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (M.Ed.), she has served as a subject matter expert on a large organization’s Health Coaching Steering Committee and founded a Resilience Task Force to support clinicians.
Recipient of the prestigious Recognition of Excellence Award for her transformative resilience training, Nathalie helps professionals and organizations implement research-backed strategies that enhance engagement, productivity, and innovation—without compromising well-being. Her dynamic, evidence-based approach equips employees and leaders with the tools to manage stress, sustain motivation, and create resilient workplace cultures where both people and organizations thrive.
