Meet the Founder
Nathalie Hovatta, M.Ed., LMHC, is a workplace resilience strategist with 15+ years of experience spanning corporate HR employee well-being program management, clinical mental health practice, and psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological assessments with both clinical and research settings. She translates neuroscience and behavioral psychology into practical, measurable systems—not wellness platitudes. Nathalie bridges clinical expertise with business insight and brings a systems level perspective to leadership, performance, and organizational culture.
